Approaches

Three ways of working

Psychodynamic psychotherapy

It works with what is happening unconsciously to relieve symptoms and build better ways of coping. It can be short, for a specific difficulty, or longer, to rebuild self-confidence.

Psychoanalysis

Long-term work, with several sessions a week, exploring unconscious conflicts. It is not right for everyone, and we discuss it together before considering it.

Cognitive behavioural therapy

A short, structured approach: analysing situations, identifying triggers and compulsive behaviours, setting concrete goals and exercises. It suits anyone who is struggling.
