Your data is not shared with any third party, except with your explicit consent, where required by law, or at the request of a judicial or administrative authority. Messages sent through the contact form pass through the FormSubmit service, which forwards them to me by email.
Retention
Contact data is kept for 2 years after our last exchange. Health data is generally kept for 5 years after the last session.

Technical and organisational measures protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by email.
